The story behind the work

“The privilege of a lifetime is to become who you truly are.”

I am an author, artist, coach, and holistic wellness speaker focusing on mindfulness and well-being. My journey into understanding the human experience began in Kolkata, India, where I completed graduations in Political Science, Economics, Literature, and Fine Arts, followed by a diploma in 3D Design. Over the past thirty years, through navigating life's varied seasons alongside my partner, my spiritual beliefs and practices have served as a constant lighthouse. Having studied deeply across numerous spiritual schools, I realized that all authentic traditions teach the same core truths.

A pivotal phase of this evolution was meeting my mentor Sidra Jafri who gave me the final nudge I needed to fully arrive onto my true path. I honor her deeply, hoping to continue her legacy and live up to the many promises we made to one another. This real-world foundation of endurance, love, and mentorship guides my dedication to helping others create a nurturing inner and outer environment. I believe that healing is an inside job, and my work helps you bridge the gap between conscious thought and subconscious memories. My body of work showcases a natural transition from high-energy community discussions like Chai Shai and the Conscious Parenting Series, to corporate workshops for organizations like HDFC and YPO, to deeply spiritual support with my regular lunar meditations. I do not just speak; I facilitate transformation through a practical blend of confidence building and subconscious manifestation. By using the visual language of colors, shapes, and symbols, my energy paintings communicate directly with your subconscious mind.

I invite you to elevate your consciousness as you bask in the radiant energy of these arts, transforming both yourself and your environment.
